Our floral café opened its doors in 2016. Since then, we have undergone numerous transformations, but one thing remains constant: our commitment to innovation and inspiration. When creating our culinary specialties, we combine ideas and recipes from abroad with our own experiences and local (often taken from our grandparents’ and great-grandparents’ repertoire) recipes to bring you the most marvelous flavor experience in Debrecen.
Our menu features a wide array of English, American, French, and Hungarian delicacies.
For those who appreciate traditional Hungarian flavors, we offer a selection of liver pâté and Csabai sausage delicacies. We also welcome breakfast enthusiasts with homemade French toasts and delightful egg variations such as various omelettes, ham and eggs, bacon and eggs, and more.
If you’re looking for a satisfying lunch, we highly recommend our hearty bagel burgers, which are combined with sweet potato for a truly fulfilling meal. Similarly, our Avocado Benny dish, enriched with beets and eggs, offers a generous vegetarian option and is served with freshly baked, crispy English muffins (not the fast food version, but the real, homemade one). And let’s not forget about our Croque hot sandwiches, which you can enjoy just like on the Champs-Elysées: freshly baked and served with hot, crispy sweet potato fries.
